The exhibition and evaluation of "welcome to the Expo" cooking skills competition was held in the multi-function hall of The Kingswell Hotel on the afternoon of August 21, 2018! Ms. Yang Yanping, Secretary General of the hotel branch of Shanghai Tourism Industry Association, Mr. Qiu Yongqiang, deputy editor in chief of Shanghai Hotel magazine, Mr. Li Bincheng, part-time professor of Shanghai Tourism College, and Mr. Li Zhanguo, a national culinary master, were invited to serve as the judges of the competition and exhibition evaluation activities, Yangpu District Commission of Commerce (Tourism Bureau) Leaders of the District Tourism Association and general managers of many high star hotels came to guide.

The atmosphere was lively and the judges were discussing it warmly!

The chefs are clever and present lifelike exhibits in front of everyone.

A total of 6 cutting chefs participated in the knife skill competition; Hot dishes, cold dishes and Chinese and Western dim sum masters created 51 dishes to participate in the exhibition. After careful evaluation by the judges, three matching chefs won the winner of knife skill competition; Nine dishes won the title of excellent dishes, and the Chinese and Western tea break group won the title of winning group. The hotel presented honorary certificates and bonuses to award-winning dishes and chefs.

The Kingswell Hotel will also hold a series of activities such as "knowledge competition of the first China International Import Expo", "selection of service pacesetters for the Expo" and "welcoming the Expo, the hotel is in action".
